Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Carte Blue, Mastercard or Visa), holiday vouchers (ANCV), cheques or bank transfer.
How do I pay?
A deposit of 25% + cancellation insurance (optional) will be requested at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 1 month before the start of your stay.
If the booking is less than one month before the start of the stay, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
Are you Vacaf approved?
No, we are not Vacaf approved.
My rental is not available before 4pm, can I still arrive earlier?
Yes, it is possible, you will be able to take advantage of the services offered by the campsite, such as the snack bar, the swimming pools and the lagoon, as well as the playground, and you will be able to collect the keys of your accommodation from the reception from 4pm.
Is it possible to rent a baby bed, a high chair or a BBQ?
Yes, it is possible to hire these items. For cots and high chairs, we advise you to book them at the time of booking, as we have limited stock, but it is also possible to book them at reception, subject to availability.
For the BBQs (charcoal) it is possible to book them online via our website or by phone when you book your stay, it is also possible to rent them directly at the reception, you can also bring your own (charcoal and gas only).
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Yes, pets are allowed on the campsite, for an extra charge in high season. Only 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed. In addition, pets must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite.
Do I have to provide a deposit on arrival?
Yes, a deposit of 130€ will be required on arrival, in bank transfer or cheque, it will not be cashed.
Do I have to wait for the inventory of fixtures before leaving?
The campsite does not carry out an inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay, the key must be left at the reception desk. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the inventory can be checked. Any broken or damaged objects will be charged to you, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary. The deposit will be destroyed within a week (an e-mail will be sent to you for information on destruction) after deduction of the compensation for any damage found or returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
Can I pay for my stay with holiday vouchers?
Yes, being ANCV approved, it is possible for you to pay for your stay with holiday vouchers, you must send them to us by post (we advise registered post) after you have chosen your stay.
What are the opening hours of the reception?
In low season:
The reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30 on weekdays
Saturday: 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm
And on Sundays the reception is open from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 16.30.
July and August holidays:
Sunday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm
Saturday: 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6.30pm.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For rentals and camping pitches, arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
Is it possible to arrive after the opening hours of the reception?
Yes, it is possible to arrive after the opening hours of the reception, you just have to inform the campsite and we will indicate you the protocol of late arrival to recover your accommodation.
Is there a laundry available on the campsite?
Yes, the launderette is located at the entrance of the campsite, opposite the reception, and is open from 9am to 8pm.
At the reception you can buy tokens for the tumble dryer and washing machine, as well as washing powder.
Is there a television in my accommodation?
Yes, all our accommodation has a television with TNT channels.
Are duvets and linen provided?
The campsite provides pillows and a duvet per bed. You must therefore provide pillowcases, sheets, towels, tea towels and household products.
Possibility of renting towels, to be arranged 48 hours before your arrival at the latest (ask the campsite for information).
Are BBQs allowed on the campsite?
Yes, BBQs are allowed on the campsite, but only charcoal and gas BBQs. ELECTRIC BBQ'S ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE SITE.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the entire site and is offered to you.
What are the opening hours of the water park?
From April 7th, you will find the indoor swimming pool from 10am to 7pm.
From 12 May the lagoon, outdoor pool and slides will be open from 10am to 7pm and in September (17 September).
During the summer holidays, the water park is open from 10am to 8pm. 8
Are the pools heated?
The pools are heated.
The lagoon is not heated, but due to its shallow depth the temperature remains pleasant during hot weather.
Are swimming shorts allowed in the water park?
No, swimming shorts are not allowed in the pools, you will need to bring a swimming costume for hygienic reasons. We do allow them in the lagoon.
Are babies counted in the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of babies per accommodation must not be exceeded.
Are the swimming pools supervised?
No, there is no lifeguard, but during the high season there is a pool supervisor. We remind you that children are under the responsibility and supervision of an adult
Do you offer any entertainment?
Yes, there is entertainment on the campsite.
You will find evening entertainment during the Ascension and Pentecost holidays.
During the high season, there is daytime entertainment for adults and children and evening entertainment for the whole family (evening entertainment ends at 11.30pm).
Do you have a kids club?
Yes, there is a mini-club in high season for children from 4 to 10 years.
